STUDIO TOUR
"Find your happy place and go there often"
My studio is a wonderful room with lots of light opening with two glass French doors. I can shut the doors and still hear the hum of family, staying connected, but maintaining autonomy to work in my own world. When I retired from dressmaking and we moved, I downsized my studio to reflect the more intimate art projects I'm creating now, using my lifetime collection of vintage materials.
I feel very fortunate to also have a sunroom where I move my embroidery frame to work. For company, I have Sherry dozing in the diffuse sunlight, listening to the chattering of the squirrels.
